Early Years Teaching Assistant - Hinckley Location: Hinckley Salary: £105 per day Contract: Monday to Friday, term time only Start Date: Immediate / ongoing Aspire People are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hinckley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping young children build confidence, develop new skills and take their first steps in education. You will work alongside the class teacher to support learning through play, encourage positive relationships and help create a safe and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. The Role Support the class teacher with daily activities, routines and classroom organisation Encourage learning through play, exploration and practical experiences Help children develop their communication, social and independence skills Provide individual and small-group support where needed Promote positive behaviour and emotional development Assist with creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents Support children's wellbeing and development in line with EYFS principles Requirements Previous experience working with children is essential Experience in an Early Years, nursery or primary school setting A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would be beneficial Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to encourage and support children's learning and development Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing What Aspire People Offer Competitive daily rate of £105 Monday to Friday, term time only Ongoing opportunities across Hinckley and surrounding areas Support from a dedicated education consultant Access to a wide range of schools and education settings Opportunities for longer-term placements and permanent roles If you are passionate about working with young children and want to make a positive difference during their early education, we would love to hear from you.
