Aspire People are looking for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for learning and supporting pupils across Key Stage 2.
The Role
- Support teaching and learning across KS2
- Lead lessons and activities when required
- Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups
- Support pupils with their academic and personal development
- Work alongside class teachers and support staff
- Help maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
- Contribute to the wider school community
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Confidence working with groups of pupils
- Excellent communication skills
