Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a full-time role in Great Barr? I am looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join Aspire People to work in various year groups across the school, supporting with PPA cover and intervention groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading small group sessions to support students in their learning and development.
  • Support with PPA cover for release times.
  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience as a HLTA.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
