Aspire People is looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a welcoming primary school EYFS team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a passion for early years education to gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting. In this role, you will support EYFS children, helping them to access their learning and develop key skills. You may also cover PPA sessions, with training provided by the school to build your confidence and experience in this area. This role is ideal for those looking for long-term, full-time experience in a school environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Who We're Looking For

  • UK based graduates with one of the following:
  • Early Childhood Studies
  • Education Related degrees in Early Years or Education
  • Early years experience, which could include:
    • Placement in a nursery or primary school EYFS setting
    • Professional experience within an early years environment
  • Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning and development
  • DBS on the Update Service
  • References covering the last 2 years
