Are you a qualified and passionate Health and Social Care teacher based in Leicestershire looking for a new opportunity? This position is a long-term position starting ASAP until Summer. The school I am recruiting for are looking for a Health and Social Care teacher who would like to join an already successful team who have a reputation for providing high quality education for students of various abilities. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and well qualified teacher to deliver high quality lessons whilst successfully engaging students. Motivating students to strive for success and maintaining a healthy learning environment is an essential part of this position.

Responsibilities
- Teach Health and Social Care to Level 2 and 3.
- Experience of coursework essential.
- Have a detailed knowledge of the curriculum.
- Have high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team.
- Assess, mark and plan lessons.
- Assess achievements of pupils.
Qualifications
- UK QTS/QTLS/ FE equivalent.
- Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is beneficial).
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
- Excellent Communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
