Primary Supply Teacher

Stockport| Flexible Working | September 2026

£140-£200 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

Looking for flexibility without compromising on the schools you work in?

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply team, working across a number of Multi Academy Trusts and Primary Schools throughout Stockport.

Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain experience across different settings or an experienced teacher wanting greater flexibility and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.

Unlike traditional day-to-day supply, we work closely with our partner schools to provide continuity wherever possible. We aim to place our teachers in the same schools regularly, allowing you to build relationships with pupils and staff while becoming a familiar and valued member of the school community.

Why choose supply teaching with Aspire People?

  • Flexible working to suit your lifestyle.
  • Choose the days that work for you.
  • Opportunities across a range of welcoming Primary Schools and Multi Academy Trusts.
  • Consistent placements wherever possible.
  • Excellent rates of pay that reflect your experience and the responsibilities of each role.
  • Long-term and permanent opportunities available if your circumstances change.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within UK Primary Schools (including placements for ECTs).
  • Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom practice.
  • Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

Why Aspire People?

We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with both our schools and our teachers. Rather than sending you somewhere different every day, we work hard to provide consistency, allowing you to become part of the school community while maintaining the flexibility that supply teaching offers.

You'll benefit from:

  • Competitive daily rates reflective of experience.
  • Weekly pay.
  • A dedicated Primary consultant.
  • Access to a wide range of schools across Manchester.

Whether you're looking for one day a week or full-time supply, we'd love to help you find opportunities that work around you.

Aspire People is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and expects every candidate to share this commitment.

Placements are subject, to appropriate Child Protection screening, including checks with former employers and the Disclosure and Barring Checks
