Are you a recent UK Psychology graduate with a passion for inclusive education? Maybe you have extensive experience in SEN and are looking for a new challenge? This secondary school in Manchester is looking for a highly academic, experienced candidate who has previously worked with SEN pupils. The successful candidate must be resilient, patient and personable.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEN needs in both group settings and on a 1:1 basis
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes and emotional regulation strategies
  • Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self‑esteem
  • Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to ensure every student is supported
