Are you a recent UK Psychology graduate with a passion for inclusive education? Maybe you have extensive experience in SEN and are looking for a new challenge? This secondary school in Manchester is looking for a highly academic, experienced candidate who has previously worked with SEN pupils. The successful candidate must be resilient, patient and personable.
About the Role:
- Support students with SEN needs in both group settings and on a 1:1 basis
- Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes and emotional regulation strategies
- Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self‑esteem
- Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to ensure every student is supported
What We're Looking For:
- A recent UK Psychology graduate (or related field)
- Experience working with children/young people with SEN needs
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
