Aspire People works in partnership with Primary and Specialist SEND schools across South Manchester and Stockport to recruit outstanding support staff who can make a lasting impact on the lives of children facing barriers to education.
Working closely with Headteachers, SENDCOs and Senior Leadership Teams, we help schools identify the right people to support some of their most vulnerable pupils-those who need consistency, encouragement and positive relationships to help them succeed.
The Role As a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Support Assistant, you ll work alongside experienced school staff to support pupils who may: Experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Be disengaged from education.
Struggle with emotional regulation or behaviour.
Have experienced trauma or adverse childhood experiences.
Be in the care system or have challenging home circumstances.
Have Autism, ADHD or other additional needs.
Experience emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA)....
