Aspire People is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across a wide network of secondary schools throughout Birmingham and Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools while developing behaviour management, communication and classroom leadership skills.

The Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Supervise classes in the teacher's absence
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour
- Keep students engaged and on task
- Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Cover a variety of secondary subjects
