What You\’ll Be Doing:
Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need extra help with their learning.
Encouraging students to participate and stay engaged with the class.
Supporting the classroom environment by helping with behaviour management and promoting positive behaviour.
Helping with the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
Monitoring progress and supporting students\’ learning needs.
What We\’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children in an educational or classroom setting is essential (unfortunately, we cannot consider those without experience).
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to working full-time, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM each day.
