Aspire People are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Louth, Lincolnshire.

This full-time, temporary-to-perm role starts in September and runs 08:30–15:30, with 1:1 support for students displaying disregulated behaviour.

We are seeking resilient, energetic individuals who have experience with children with social, emotional and mental health needs and a passion for education.

All placements are subject to safeguarding checks.
