The Role - As an HLTA, you may be required to:
- Support teaching and learning across different year groups.

- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.
- Adapt to different school environments and routines.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.

- Have relevant HLTA experience or equivalent classroom experience.
- Are confident leading lessons and managing a classroom.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
