Fluent Welsh‑speaking Cover Supervisors Required - FE Colleges - Cardiff (September Starts). Aspire People are currently recruiting fluent Welsh‑speaking Cover Supervisors to work within Further Education Colleges across Cardiff from September. We are seeking confident and adaptable individuals who can support learning across a range of subjects in a college environment, covering lessons and ensuring continuity of education.

The Role:

As a Welsh‑speaking Cover Supervisor within an FE College, you will:

  • Deliver pre‑set work across a range of subject areas
  • Support learners aged 16+ in maintaining engagement and progress
  • Manage behaviour and maintain a professional, focused learning environment
  • Provide support to students through the medium of Welsh where required
  • Work collaboratively with lecturers and support staff to ensure continuity of learning

Requirements:

  • Fluent Welsh (spoken and written)
  • Experience working with young people (secondary or post‑16 preferred)
  • Confident leading groups independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • EWC registration (or willingness to register)
