About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a diverse range of additional needs, both within classroom settings and through targeted intervention sessions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working with pupils with SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Experience delivering one-to-one or small group interventions
  • A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting learning
  • A relevant qualification or degree (e.g., Psychology, Education Studies) or substantial SEN TA experience
  • A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one before interview
