Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Luton Rate: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Term time only Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children\’s development? Key Responsibilities: * Support teaching and learning across the classroom * Work 1:1 or in small groups with children with varying SEN needs * Help maintain a positive, structured classroom environment * Assist with planning, preparation and general TA duties What we\’re looking for: * Experience working in a UK education setting (school, nursery or similar) * Strong behaviour management and a calm, confident approach * A good understanding of different Special Educational Needs (SEN) * A CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable If you\’re a reliable, caring, and proactive TA ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
