Rate: 120 - 175 per day (MPS Dependent)

Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher with experience teaching in the UK? Are you confident stepping into a class on short notice and leading with energy and enthusiasm? We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Milton Keynes, seeking a proactive teacher to provide part-time cover for staff absence and longer-term cover needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their working week.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Primary curriculum as required.
- Step into classrooms with confidence, maintaining a calm, structured, and productive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children and staff to ensure consistency and support across year groups.
- Adapt to different class dynamics and use effective behaviour management strategies.
- Use technology confidently to support and enhance teaching and learning.
- Support learners with SEND in the classroom, adapting strategies to meet their individual needs.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential).
- Recent, proven experience teaching in UK primary schools (TA roles or overseas-only teaching experience are not suitable).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable - ready to take the lead on short notice.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms in teaching.
- Ideally, experience supporting children with SEND within the classroom.
