Are you a qualified English teacher based in Leicestershire looking for a new opportunity? This position is full time, teaching to KS3 and KS4, starting ASAP until Easter initially. The school I am recruiting for is looking for an English teacher who would like to join an already successful team. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and well-qualified teacher to deliver high-quality lessons whilst successfully engaging students. You will need to be able to maintain an environment where students will thrive with their personal, academic and creative development.

Responsibilities:
- Teach English to KS3 & KS4 level.
- Have a detailed knowledge of the curriculum.
- Have high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team.
- Assess, mark and plan lessons.
- Assess achievements of pupils.
Qualifications:
- UK QTS/ QTLS/ FE equivalent.
- Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is beneficial).
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
