Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
Salary: 90-100 per day

Aspire People are partnering with a supportive Special Educational Needs (SEND) school in Milton Keynes seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as SEND Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for those from care, nursing, or behavioural support backgrounds who want to transition their skills into education. You’ll work closely with learners who have a range of additional needs, including Autism and Social Communication Difficulties, supporting their personal development and wellbeing. Strong behavioural management, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this role.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience in care or support work)
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, social communication needs, or behavioural challenges
- Confident communication and a calm, compassionate approach
- Willingness to participate in activities such as swimming lessons (essential)
