Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our Stamford and Oakham supply roster. You will support students with SEMH needs, assist the class teacher, and help learners engage with the curriculum in a caring, safe environment.
The role involves 1:1 or small group support, behavior management, emotional support, and collaboration with teachers and SENCOs to plan and monitor progress and wellbeing.
