Aspire People are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers and newly qualified Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas. The Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
- Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher working towards completing their ECT induction
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school
- Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
- Confident classroom management skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
