Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics and Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that challenge and motivate students.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular business-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- A degree in Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching Economics and/or Business Studies at secondary school level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to raising student achievement and supporting their personal development.
