Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a difference in young children's lives? Aspire People is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly nursery school in Selly Oak, working with 2-year-olds.
The Role:
- Support the lead practitioner in delivering high-quality learning experiences for 2-year-old children.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and play-based learning.
- Provide personal care and support, ensuring the children's comfort and well-being.
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare / Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning / equivalent qualification (essential).
- PFA (Paediatric First Aid) is desirable but not essential - training can be provided.
