We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Quinton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children at the start of their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils in the Early Years setting (EYFS)
  • Assisting the class teacher with daily activities and learning plans
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
  • Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) – essential
  • Previous experience working in a school or nursery setting – essential
  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Paediatric First Aid (PFA) training – training can be provided if required
