About the Role:
As an Early Years TA, you\’ll play a key role in supporting children at a crucial stage of their learning journey. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that encourages exploration, learning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help children reach developmental and academic milestones.
Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and positive relationships.
Support children\’s physical, social, and emotional development in line with EYFS framework.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor progress and respond to individual learning needs.

What We\’re Looking For:
Qualifications (either of the following):
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
OR a 2:1 or higher degree in Education Studies or Early Years Education
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach
Previous experience in an EYFS or primary school setting is beneficial but not essential
