We are recruiting reliable, responsive Cover Supervisors to work across a number of established secondary schools in Solihull. Demand is consistent and growing, with regular morning bookings and the opportunity to be considered for longer-term roles.
How Morning Supply Works
- Schools request cover from 6:00am onwards
- Roles are offered and confirmed quickly
- Fast response is essential. Delays mean missed work
- Most bookings are full school days, Monday to Friday
- If you are not comfortable with early morning availability or quick decision-making, this role will not suit you.
The Role
- Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
- No planning or marking required
- Work within a small cluster of Solihull schools
