We are recruiting reliable, responsive Cover Supervisors to work across a number of established secondary schools in Solihull. Demand is consistent and growing, with regular morning bookings and the opportunity to be considered for longer-term roles.

How Morning Supply Works

  • Schools request cover from 6:00am onwards
  • Roles are offered and confirmed quickly
  • Fast response is essential. Delays mean missed work
  • Most bookings are full school days, Monday to Friday
  • If you are not comfortable with early morning availability or quick decision-making, this role will not suit you.

The Role

  • Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
