Are you currently completing your teacher training and preparing to gain your QTS? Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build classroom experience across a variety of primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for student teachers who are about to graduate and want to gain valuable experience before committing to a permanent role. We work closely with a wide range of schools offering daily supply, short‑term placements, and long‑term teaching opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Working on supply is a great way to develop confidence, experience different school environments, strengthen behaviour management skills, and discover the type of school setting that suits you best.

The Role

  • Delivering pre‑planned lessons across primary year groups
  • Supporting pupils in their academic and personal development
  • Building classroom confidence and gaining valuable teaching experience

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Be completing a PGCE, SCITT, Schools Direct, or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Be due to receive Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for teaching
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
  • Have strong classroom presence and communication skills
