About the Role
Aspire People are recruiting for a talented and motivated teacher to take on a rewarding classroom role within this inspiring school. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the learning, development, and achievement of all pupils in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Prepare and develop teaching resources, schemes of work, and pastoral plans as needed.
Differentiate your teaching to support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND, EAL, or who are gifted and talented.
Apply effective strategies, such as systematic synthetic phonics, for early reading where applicable.
Promote high standards of literacy and spoken English across all subjects.
Use assessment data effectively to monitor progress, inform planning, and set challenging targets.
Provide regular, constructive feedback to pupils and support them in reflecting on their learning.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages independence, responsibility, and personal growth.
