We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the London Borough of Ealing. You'll be working with a range of welcoming and supportive schools across the borough, stepping in to provide high-quality cover and ensure continuity of learning for pupils in the absence of their usual class teacher. About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will provide general cover across a range of year groups and subjects, following pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment in the class teacher's absence. You'll need to be confident managing a classroom you may be seeing for the first time, building rapport with pupils quickly and adapting to each school's individual routines and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover work set by the class teacher

- Manage pupil behaviour in line with each school's policies
