The Role- Deliver high-quality teaching of A2 Drama and Theatre Studies
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and motivate learners
- Support students with practical performance, devising, script analysis, and written coursework
- Prepare students for examinations and assessed performances
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment within the performing arts department
- Holds a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) or has relevant lecturing experience
- Has strong subject knowledge within Drama and Theatre Studies
- Possesses experience teaching at A-Level, FE, or secondary level (KS5)
- Can build positive relationships with learners and colleagues
- Is passionate, creative, and committed to student success
- Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
