The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.

Create a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils can succeed.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Assess progress and use feedback to support pupil development.

Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to continue your professional development.

We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS this academic year.

Passion for primary education.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A positive, reflective attitude and willingness to learn.

Commitment to providing high-quality teaching for every child.
