Are you an outstanding Design Technology teacher looking for a new challenge in September? I have been working with this school for over 10 years and have an excellent relationship with them. I have placed many teachers into the school and they all have very positive things to say about their time there. The school really looks after their staff both permanent and temporary.
I am looking for a DT teacher who wants a new challenge and wants to be part of a strong department. The job is a full-time position, and the school are looking for someone specialising in Resistant Material, Graphics and Design. It will be teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils, planning and marking will be required.
As a full-time DT teacher I expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so I expect the following:
- Teach DT to KS3 & KS4 level. Knowledge of Resistant Materials, Graphics is essential.
- Assess, mark and plan lessons.
- Assess achievements of pupils.
- Provide progress reports and attend parents evenings & department meetings.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at one of the best schools in the area and secure a full-time post in September. I can offer very good rates of pay and I will be available 24/7 for you should you need my help with anything.
