Qualified SEND Teachers Needed

Location: Kettering and surrounding areas

Contract: Full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work

Pay Rate: £150 - £225 per day depending on the role and experience

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you’ll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • ADHD and other complex needs

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings
  • A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
