Aspire People is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to join a specialist SEN School located in Kettering. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and who want to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the teacher in delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of each student
- Assisting with the development and implementation of personalized learning plans
- Encouraging and fostering positive behaviour and self-confidence in students
- Helping with day-to-day classroom activities, including assisting with personal care if required
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to both teachers and parents/carers
- Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

- Experience working with children or young people, preferably with SEN experience
