The Role
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Observe, assess and record children’s learning and development, using this to inform future planning.
- Promote children’s independence, wellbeing and confidence through high-quality interactions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver an exceptional Early Years provision.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and pastoral care.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
