Location: Spalding and Crowland area
Full time: 8.30am - 3.30pm
We are looking for long‑term and daily cover teaching assistants for the Spalding and Crowland area in mainstream primary, SEN schools and secondary schools. As a SEN TA, you will be expected to complete typical TA duties working with SEN students.
Responsibilities:- Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
- Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
- Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Supervising students during break times and lunch.
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience.
- Available for a minimum of one day a week.
- Excellent rates of pay.
- Refer a friend scheme up to £250.

- An experienced and committed consultant to assist with recruitment process.
