Aspire People are recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a number of secondary schools across South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants looking to progress, or graduates considering a career in teaching.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour
- Keep pupils engaged and on task
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Cover a range of subjects throughout the school day
We're Looking For
- Confident communicators with a strong classroom presence
- Previous school experience is desirable
- Graduates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
