Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools – Redditch
Redditch
Up to £120 per day (£18.45 per hour)
Secondary schools in Redditch are seeking Cover Supervisors to support with staff absences on a long-term basis. This role offers excellent exposure to classroom teaching and behaviour management.
Key duties include:
Supervising pre-set lessons
Managing classroom behaviour
Supporting students to stay on task
Providing feedback to teaching staff
Ideal candidates will:
Have experience working with young people
Be confident and professional in a classroom setting
