We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools throughout the boroughs of West London. You will be stepping in to supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the usual class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged, on task and supported throughout the school day, all while being backed by a dedicated consultant who will match you with bookings that suit your schedule.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes working from pre-prepared lesson plans and cover work set by the class teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly in their absence. You will need to be confident managing behaviour in classrooms you may be seeing for the first time, building rapport with pupils quickly and adapting to each school's individual routines and expectations.
