Aspire People are recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a number of large secondary schools in Bordesley Green and East Birmingham. If you have strong behaviour management, can build rapport quickly and enjoy working with young people, this is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work with schools already partnered with Aspire People.

The Role

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and school expectations
  • Keep students engaged and focused throughout lessons
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Cover a range of subjects as required
