Aspire People are recruiting a Level 3+ Teaching Assistant to join a warm SEN setting in Northamptonshire. The role focuses on delivering PPA cover and supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism and speech and language difficulties.
You will work within a dedicated SEN team, supporting learning 1:1 and in small groups, assist with behaviour management, and collaborate with teachers, therapists and staff to create an inclusive, safe learning environment.
