We are now seeking a passionate and motivated Primary Qualified Teacher to join a committed team and help them to continue their mission of providing high-quality education to all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students within the Primary phase of the academy.
  • Differentiating instruction to ensure that all students, regardless of ability, are able to access the curriculum and make progress.
  • Provide a supportive and nurturing classroom environment to promote positive behaviour and academic achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to create individualized learning plans (ILPs) for students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/carers.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practice.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the academy, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Primary teacher (QTS) with experience in a secondary school or special education setting.
  • A deep understanding of special educational needs and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of students.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
