  • Provide targeted interventions to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs where required.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.

  • Has a sound understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Is adaptable, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education.

We Offer:

  • A supportive and welcoming school community.
  • Enthusiastic, respectful, and eager-to-learn pupils.
  • A dedicated leadership team committed to staff wellbeing and professional development.
  • Opportunities for training and career progression.
  • A collaborative and inclusive working environment.
  • Well-resourced classrooms and excellent facilities.
