About the Role

You will work closely with senior pastoral leaders and the SEND team to promote a culture of high expectations and ensure that students with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential. You will help develop inclusive practice across your year group, establish a SEND satellite hub, and maintain strong communication with parents and external agencies to deliver effective, personalised support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the academic, social and emotional progress of vulnerable students
  • Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEND teams to improve outcomes
  • Support attendance, behaviour, rewards and sanctions within your year group
  • Contribute to assemblies and year-group initiatives
  • Maintain strong communication with parents, carers and external professionals
  • Promote consistent routines, expectations and school values
