Aspire People are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to work in a range of supportive primary schools across Chesterfield. The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting pupil progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND
- Working collaboratively with school staff and parents where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
- Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about teaching
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
