This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and additional needs, and who is confident providing consistent support in a specialist setting. About the Role You will work alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils manage their behaviour, engage with learning and develop positive relationships.
