Who We're Looking For
- Relevant degree, vocational qualification, or significant industry experience within your specialist subject
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, although not essential for some vocational areas
- Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners within FE, post-16 or adult education
- Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
