The Role
- Teaching Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
- Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons that inspire achievement
- Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback
- Creating a positive and ambitious learning environment
- Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE level
- A-Level teaching experience is highly desirable
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business and enterprise
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire learners of all abilities
- A commitment to raising standards and student achievement
