Aspire People in Cardiff are recruiting a Specialist ALN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with ASD in schools across Cardiff from September.
The role offers pay at £16.11 per hour and focuses on creating a calm, structured environment to help learners access learning.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, adapt strategies, promote communication and emotional development, and work closely with teachers, ALNCOs, and external professionals to help EHCPs and IDPs.
