Aspire People are recruiting ALN Teaching Assistants to support learners across Further Education colleges in Cardiff. The role offers £16.11–£25 per hour with a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days worked, and immediate and ongoing opportunities across South Wales.
You will assist learners with ALN, SEN and SEMH on 1:1 and small-group bases, collaborating with lecturers to enable access to academic, vocational and practical courses and to develop independence and essential life skills.
