Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Specialist ALN Teaching Assistant in Cardiff for a September start. You will support pupils with ALN, ASD, ADHD and SEMH, delivering targeted interventions to improve learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams, build positive relationships with pupils who may present challenging behaviour, and play a key role in creating a calm, supportive classroom environment across our welcoming Cardiff.
